We are accredited and registered counsellors and counselling trainers delivering the CPCAB Counselling training courses
As counsellors we use an integrative approach to help you with “reaching solutions” to current or past issues. We have training in the following approaches:
- Humanistic,,
- Psychoanalytical
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy ("CBT")
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ("ACT")
- Gestalt
- Solution Focused Brief Therapy
- Human Givens Brief Psychotherapy
- Therapeutic play
- Classical dance
Qualifications include:
- MA Degree - Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust (accredited by the University of East London "UEL")
- Bsc - Integrative counselling
- Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy - Open University London
- Diploma in Human Givens Psychotherapy gained at Mindfields College
- Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body ("CPCAB")
- Diploma in Counselling Supervision - Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body ("CPCAB")
- Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy - Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body ("CPCAB")

- Child Bereavement counselling

Experience includes:
- Extensive experience in working with adolescents to include:
- Setting up and delivering school counselling service
