Our Mission Statement
We believe that to provide counselling and supervision is to empower the person to enable them to strive to be the best person they can and want to be.
Our Aims and Objectives therefore are:
- To empower our clients to enable them find the best solution to moving forward.
- Provide a tailored service developed from our wealth of experience in integrative theories and resources.
- To improve the emotional wellness of our clients.
- To provide a safe enviornment in which the counselling or supervision process can take place.
- To adhere to the BACP's Code of Practice at all times.

How Confidential is Counselling?
In the first session, boundaries of confidentiality are agreed between us. As members of the BACP we are bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure therein.
What is the role of the counsellor?
It is to work with you in a way that respects:
- Your values
- Your personal resources
- Your capacity for choice
- Your own cultural context
